Seeking a part‑time Loss Prevention Officer to maintain a safe and welcoming environment at the TK Maxx store in Brighton. The role involves being a visible presence at the entrance, deterring loss, and supporting the store team with conflict resolution. Duties:

• Support a positive customer experience by being a visible, friendly, approachable presence at the store entrance.
• Deter loss on the sales floor while acting as an ambassador for the loss prevention function.
• Work closely with the store team to maintain product security.
• Deliver effective conflict resolution when required.
• Remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Demonstrate self‑motivation, resilience and strong communication skills.

Requirements:

• Experience in a customer‑facing role, fast‑paced retail environment or security guard role (ideal but not essential).
