Seeking a part-time Loss Prevention Officer to support a positive customer experience and maintain store security. The role involves visible presence at store entrances, deterring loss on the sales floor, and assisting with conflict resolution while adhering to a flexible schedule.

Duties:

• Support a positive customer experience by being a visible, friendly presence at entrance doors.
• Deter loss on the sales floor and act as an ambassador for loss prevention.
• Work closely with the store team to maintain product security.
• Deliver effective conflict resolution when required.
• Remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Demonstrate self-motivation, resilience, and strong communication skills.

Requirements:

• Experience in a customer-facing role, fast-paced retail environment, or security guard role (ideal but not essential).
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and driven to make a difference.
• Strong communication abilities.
