Festive Colleague - Night

Location: Brighton & Hove, UK

Seeking a Festive Colleague for night shifts at the Hove Superstore. The role offers flexible scheduling with various hours to be discussed, a minimum of 12 guaranteed hours per week and the possibility of working as few as 7.5 hours. Night premiums apply for work between midnight and 6am. No prior experience is required, only a positive attitude.

Duties:

• Deliver Christmas cheer for households across the nation.
• Provide support in store during the busy festive period.
• Stock shelves and ensure products are where they need to be.
• Serve customers and assemble orders for Click and Collect service.
• Ensure customers receive a brilliant experience.

Requirements:

• Passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile, and serving them with pride.
• Ability to build rapport with customers, ensuring they leave with a great shopping experience.
• Take initiative and make decisions that are right for customers.
• Work well within a team and communicate openly with others.
• Build relationships with colleagues to create team spirit.
• Be on time, well presented and act as a brand ambassador.
• Must be over 18 years of age.
