Festive Colleague

Location: Shoreham, UK

Seeking a Festive Colleague for early morning shifts at the Shoreham Extra store. The role offers flexible scheduling with a minimum of 12 guaranteed hours per week, though as few as 7.5 hours may be arranged, and shift times are to be discussed. The position involves supporting customers during the festive period and contributing to store operations.

Duties:

• Deliver Christmas cheer for households across the nation.
• Provide support in store during the busy festive period.
• Stock shelves and ensure products are where they need to be.
• Serve customers and assemble orders for Click and Collect service.
• Ensure customers receive a brilliant experience.

Requirements:

• Passion for delivering great service and greeting customers with a smile.
• Ability to build rapport with customers so they leave with a great shopping experience.
• Initiative to make decisions that are right for customers.
• Ability to work well within a team and communicate openly.
• Build relationships with colleagues to create team spirit.
• Be on time, well presented and act as a brand ambassador.
• Must be over 18 years of age.
