Seeking a charismatic Receptionist to join The Ivy Collection's Brighton venue. The role involves welcoming guests, providing information on the restaurant and specials, and promptly communicating allergen concerns to the kitchen. The position offers a guaranteed minimum of 20 hours per week under a full‑time/part‑time arrangement.

Duties:

• Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and bid farewell upon departure.
• Provide information about the restaurant, menu items, and specials to guests.
• Relay allergen concerns to the kitchen quickly and accurately.

Requirements:

• Demonstrates a charismatic, guest‑focused attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
• Excellent English language skills.
