Kitchen Porter

Seeking a Kitchen Porter to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, supporting chefs and ensuring smooth service operations. The role involves cleaning, sanitising equipment, handling deliveries, and assisting with basic food preparation in a fast‑paced hospitality setting.

Duties:

• Keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for service.
• Wash and sanitise kitchen equipment, crockery, utensils and cookware.
• Support the chefs by maintaining clean workstations throughout the day.
• Assist with deliveries and safely store stock in the correct locations.
• Dispose of waste responsibly and maintain recycling procedures.
• Follow food safety, health and safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Help with basic food preparation when required.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure every service runs smoothly.
