Sales Assistant

Seeking a seasonal Sales Assistant for the Brighton store. The role offers flexible working hours and contracts that suit the employee's schedule. Responsibilities include delivering high-level customer service, meeting KPIs, processing payments, and maintaining store standards.

Duties:

• Delivering the highest level of customer service possible, greeting and approaching customers and providing in depth product knowledge
• Striving to meet KPIs and personal targets
• Processing payments, customer orders and reservations
• Stock management and shop floor merchandising
• Maintaining high standards both on shop floor and in back areas
• Assisting with opening/shutdown procedures

Requirements:

• No prior experience required, though customer service or retail experience is preferred
• Ability to undergo full training for the role
