Customer Advisor

Location: Brighton, UK

Seeking a part‑time Customer Advisor for a 12‑hour per week, 3‑month fixed‑term contract. The role operates on a flexible rota covering Monday to Sunday between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm, including weekends, evenings and bank holidays. Offers an hourly rate of £13.64.

Duties:

• Provide customer assistance and advice on home improvement products.
• Utilize new technology and learn new ways of working.
• Work collaboratively within a team.
• Follow a flexible rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
