Customer Advisor

Location: Brighton and Hove, UK

Seeking a part‑time Customer Advisor for 18 hrs/week at B&Q Brighton Local. The role involves working a flexible rota covering Monday to Sunday between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm, including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

Duties:

• Assist customers with home improvement queries.
• Provide advice and product recommendations.
• Utilise new technology for service delivery.
• Work collaboratively within a team.
• Adapt to a flexible rota covering weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

Requirements:
