Tesco Festive Colleague

Location: Hove, UK

Seeking a part‑time festive store colleague in Hove, offering a minimum of 12 guaranteed hours per week with flexibility to work as few as 7.5 hours. The role includes shifts on Saturdays and Sundays from 15:00 to 21:00, involving customer service, shelf stocking, and order preparation. No prior experience is required.

Duties:

• Help deliver Christmas cheer for households across the nation.
• Provide support in store during the busy festive period.
• Stock shelves and ensure products are correctly placed.
• Serve customers and assemble orders for Click and Collect.
• Ensure customers receive a brilliant experience.

Requirements:

• Passion for delivering great service and greeting customers with a smile.
• Ability to build rapport so customers leave with a great experience.
• Use initiative and make the right decisions for customers.
• Work well in a team, communicate openly, have fun and celebrate success.
• Must be over the school‑leaver age.
