Tesco Festive Colleague

Location: Hove, 239 Dyke Rd, BN3 6NF

The role offers a minimum of 12 guaranteed hours per week, with the option to work as few as 7.5 hours, providing flexible part‑time employment during the festive season. Shifts primarily cover evening hours on Fridays and Saturdays from 18:00 to midnight, and the position is temporary and in‑store. No prior experience is required, and the role emphasizes delivering excellent customer service and supporting store operations.

Duties:

• Deliver Christmas cheer for households across the nation.
• Provide support in store during the busy festive period.
• Stock shelves and ensure products are where they need to be.
• Serve customers and assemble orders for Click and Collect service.
• Ensure customers receive a brilliant experience.

Requirements:

• Passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile, and serving them with pride.
• Ability to build rapport so customers leave having had a great experience.
• Use initiative and make the right decisions for customers.
• Work well in a team and communicate openly, having fun, and celebrating success.
• Must be over the school‑leaver age.
