Retail Assistant

Location: Brighton, UK

Seeking a part‑time Night Shift Retail Assistant for Primark Brighton on a fixed‑term contract until 1 February 2027. The role involves working night hours, typically between 12:00 am and 4:00 am, with a contracted 9.75 hrs/week. Candidates must be 18 or older and eligible to work in the UK.

Duties:

• Resetting the salesfloor, including creating eye‑catching displays and replenishing stock on the shelves.
• Ensuring stock is correctly priced and price changes are clear to customers.
• Handling all stock, stock transfers, deliveries, and removing items from the salesfloor that do not meet standards.
• Implementing changes to the salesfloor layout.
• Keeping a tidy and well‑organised stockroom.

Requirements:

• Honest, strong communicator who can listen, share ideas and get involved where needed.
• Organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Team player with high motivation, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
