F&B Assistant

Location: Leonardo Hotel Brighton

As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will be a face of the hotel, delivering first-class hospitality to guests in the restaurant and bar. This is a busy, variable-time role where you will work as part of a vibrant team to ensure guests have a memorable experience.

Duties:
- Deliver first-class hospitality to guests in the hotel’s restaurant and bar
- Share positive energy with guests and your team
- Ensure guests have a great experience and leave with a desire to return
- Build a good rapport with guests and the hotel team
