Hospitality Team Leader

Location: Falmer, Brighton and Hove, UK, BN1 9BL

This role involves leading a small team within premium hospitality suites at a leading football stadium for the 2026/27 season. You will work across both matchdays and non-matchday events, which requires a flexible schedule including evening and weekend shifts. The role focuses on ensuring seamless service and high standards in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

• Presenting food to guests at the table
• Welcoming guests and taking orders
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering optimal client service
• Serving guests in a friendly and efficient manner
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Answering questions and making suggestions regarding food and beverage choices

Requirements:

• Proven experience in hospitality, ideally within premium or food-led environments
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong attention to detail and high personal presentation standards
• Confident leading and motivating a small team in a fast-paced setting
• Passionate about delivering outstanding, personalised customer service
• Availability to commit to the majority of matches throughout the season
