Seeking a Spa Therapist to deliver consistent, high-quality treatments and exceptional service at Brighton Harbour Hotel. The role offers full-time and part-time working options, involving client consultations, treatment delivery, and diary management support.
Duties:
- Carry out a variety of spa treatments, including massage.
- Consult each client to fully understand their personal needs and deliver tailored, high-quality treatments.
- Support the spa manager to maximize revenue through careful diary management and proactive selling.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 & 3 qualified.
- TEMPLE SPA and ELEMIS training and experience is preferred.
- Knowledgeable, friendly, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Eligible to work in the UK with a valid permit or visa.
