Sales Advisor

Location: Brighton, Brighton and Hove, UK

Join New Look as a Sales Advisor in Brighton to deliver an outstanding omnichannel shopping experience and provide the highest level of customer service. This is a seasonal position running from July to October 2026. New Look is a flexible employer, and a variety of shift patterns are available to be discussed with applicants.

Duties:

• Deliver service techniques to inspire customers and create a fantastic shopping experience
• Assist customers in finding products in-store or online using the App and website
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards to create an exciting in-store environment
• Work collaboratively to achieve store targets, drive performance, and exceed KPIs
• Follow health and safety procedures to ensure a safe environment for teams and customers

Requirements:

• Strong confidence and communication skills when interacting with customers
• Passion for fashion and clothes with knowledge of the latest trends
• Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong team-player attitude and a keen eye for detail
• Previous experience in retail is desirable but not essential
