Tesco Colleague

Location: Hove Superstore, Brighton and Hove, UK

Join Tesco as a Colleague at our Hove Superstore, where customers are at the heart of everything we do. This is a temporary, committed role offering plenty of variety in serving shoppers and working across different store areas. Shift patterns will be scheduled within the weekly availability windows, which are Monday to Thursday from 19:00 to 22:45, Friday from 18:30 to 22:45, and Saturday from 18:00 to 22:45.

Duties:

• Knowing your customers and serving them with passion and pride.
• Working across the store in our service, picking, and replenishment areas where required.
• Putting into practice received training to work safely and effectively.
• Delivering store routines that meet customer needs at the right time.
• Handling products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition.
• Accepting deliveries into the store when required.

Requirements:

• Must be over 18 to apply for this role.
• A passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile, and serving them with pride.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and work well within a team.
• Ability to be at work on time, well presented, and ready to be a brand ambassador.
