Night Replenishment, Supermarket Assistant

Location: BRIGHTON (WAITROSE), 130-134 WESTERN ROAD, EAST SUSSEX, BN1 2LA

As a Supermarket Assistant in Night Replenishment, you will help our difference be felt by our customers on every visit, providing excellent service. The role consists of 20 hours of part-time work over 3 or 4 nights a week, across seven days to include weekends, between the hours of 20:00 and 02:00. Additionally, any time worked between 22:00 and 06:00 will attract a Night Premium rate of £3.75 per hour.

Duties:

• Stock replenishment to ensure shelves remain full and products are in the right place.
• Fulfilling online customer orders ready for delivery.
• Reducing wastage by following product due diligence and markdowns for items reaching their sell-by dates.
• Supporting the wider shop team with checkouts, Click & Collect orders, and fulfilling on-demand orders.
• Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment with general shopkeeping tasks.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or over to apply due to working time regulations.
• Good communication skills to work effectively in a team and with customers.
