Bar Supervisor

Location: Brighton and Hove

This is an opportunity for a Bar Supervisor to join the hospitality team at Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club for the 2025/26 Football Season. The role offers flexible working patterns, including shifts on matchdays and non-matchdays with evening and weekend work required.

Duties:

• Supervising a team of bar staff, ensuring they’re briefed, motivated, and ready to deliver great service.
• Supporting the Bar Manager in running the bar efficiently during busy matchdays and events.
• Serving customers and leading by example with excellent product knowledge and service standards.
• Monitoring stock levels, assisting with deliveries, and ensuring correct storage and handling.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and health & safety behind the bar.
• Handling any customer queries or complaints professionally.

Requirements:

• Previous experience supervising or leading a team in a bar, pub, restaurant, or events venue.
• A positive, hands-on attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of bar operations and confidence handling busy service periods.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and matchdays/events.
