Showroom Advisor

Location: Brighton, East Sussex

Seeking a Showroom Advisor to provide ideas, advice, and tools to customers for kitchen and bathroom projects. The role involves coordinating multiple projects and supporting customers both virtually and face to face. Working Saturday - Sunday, shifts available between 7.00am - 10.00pm.

Duties:

• Ask questions and explore possibilities to recommend the right finance, products, and installation options
• Use software to produce inspirational designs for customer projects
• Coordinate multiple projects and support customers face to face and virtually
• Take customers on a journey from inspirational ideas through to delivery

Requirements:

• Ability to build relationships and provide customer-focused service
• Capability to learn and use design software
• Aptitude for sales and meeting targets
