The role involves providing varied support within the store environment, specifically focusing on the Phone Shop. Duties are performed within specific availability windows: Monday 11:00-19:00, Thursday 08:45-17:00, Friday 11:00-19:00, and Saturday 12:15-19:00.

Duties:

• Providing friendly service and assisting customers in choosing mobile products and services
• Completing phone and contract setups and supporting tech queries
• Making customer-focused decisions and completing store routines
• Supporting strong sales, waste reduction, and store performance

Requirements:
