Night Replenishment, Supermarket Assistant

Location: Nevill Road, Hove, BN3 7BZ

Seeking a Supermarket Assistant to provide Partner-led service and assist with operational tasks. The role involves working night shifts between the hours of 21:00 and 07:30, with additional night premiums applied for work between 22:00 and 06:00.

Duties:

• Stock replenishment to ensure shelves are full and products are correctly placed.
• Fulfilling online customer orders for delivery.
• Reducing wastage by managing products approaching sell-by dates.
• Working with the wider shop team on checkout support and click and collect orders.
• Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or over.
• Strong communication skills for effective team and customer interaction.
• Flexible approach to support the wider branch.
