Retail Associate

Location: 1 The Goldstone Retail Park, Old Shoreham Road, Hove, East Sussex, BN3 7PN, UK

Seeking Retail Associates to join a welcoming team at TK Maxx. This role offers opportunities for growth, learning, and development, welcoming both beginners and experienced applicants. Contracts of 8 to 16 hours per week are available.

Duties:

• Create a welcoming atmosphere by greeting customers, assisting with their needs, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
• Take on a variety of tasks including cashier duties, fitting room assistance, backroom support, and maintaining store cleanliness
• Participate in learning and development programs to build skills and knowledge
• Work collaboratively within a supportive team to achieve shared goals
