Team Leader

Location: Amex Stadium, Brighton and Hove, BN1 9BL, UK

Seeking a motivated Team Leader to join the Concourse Kiosk team at Brighton & Hove FC for the 2026/27 football season. The role involves leading food service operations, supporting high-volume kiosks, and maintaining quality standards during events. Working patterns include flexible shifts across matchdays and non-matchdays, covering evenings and weekends.

Duties:

• Leading and motivating a small team during busy matchdays and events.
• Preparing, cooking, and serving Detroit-style pizzas while maintaining high food quality standards.
• Supporting the day-to-day running of the kiosk and ensuring smooth service.
• Training and coaching team members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards at all times.
• Managing stock levels and minimising waste.
• Acting as a key point of contact for operational issues during service.
• Leading by example and creating a positive team culture.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Senior Team Member role.
• Strong kitchen background with hands-on food preparation experience.
• Experience preparing and cooking food in a commercial kitchen environment.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume operation.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to get involved wherever needed.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, matchdays, and major events.
