Phone Shop Colleague

Location: Hove, UK

Seeking a Colleague to join the team in the Hove Superstore Phone Shop. The role involves delivering customer service, assisting with tech queries, and completing phone contract setups. Working hours are scheduled across Monday (11:00 - 19:00), Thursday (08:45 - 17:00), Friday (11:00 - 19:00), and Saturday (12:15 - 19:00).

Duties:

• Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know customers.
• Providing flexible support across the Phone Shop and wider store, including helping customers choose the right mobile products and services, completing phone and contract setups, and supporting customers with tech queries.
• Making customer focused decisions and completing key store routines.
• Understanding how the role supports service, sales, waste reduction, and store performance.
