Seeking Bar Staff to join the hospitality team at Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club for the 2026/27 Football Season. The role involves working matchdays and non-matchdays, including evening and weekend shifts in a vibrant stadium environment. Offers a great opportunity for customer-focused individuals to succeed in a fast and innovative catering facility.

Duties:

• Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks efficiently and responsibly
• Operate tills and handle payments accurately
• Re-stock bar products, glassware, and consumables throughout service
• Support with queue management and customer flow during peak periods
• Ensure all customers receive a friendly, welcoming, and professional experience
• Report any issues, incidents, or stock shortages to supervisors or management
• Follow all company health & safety procedures and venue standards

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a busy bar environment
• Must be 18 years of age or over
• Confidence serving beer, wine, spirits, and soft drinks
• Good knowledge of allergen compliance
• Availability to commit to the majority of matches throughout the season starting in September 2026
