Retail Supervisor

Location: 22/55 Station Road, Portslade, Sussex, BN41 1GB

Seeking a Retail Supervisor to assist the store management team with daily operations, driving sales, and maintaining store standards. The role involves supporting team members, managing stock, and helping reduce shrinkage while delivering excellent customer service. Shifts are flexible across Monday to Sunday AM/PM.

Duties:

• Supporting the management team with the day-to-day running of the store
• Driving sales and delivering high-quality customer service
• Keeping shelves stocked and ensuring the store is well-presented
• Assisting in reducing shrinkage and till errors to help hit targets

Requirements:

• Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast-paced high street retailer preferred
• Understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators (sales, profit, service)
• Ability to help others develop and improve their skills
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for customers with training provided
