Seeking an energetic and driven Server passionate about the hospitality industry and coffee culture to join the team at Trading Post Coffee Roasters. The role involves delivering a fast-paced and vibrant atmosphere, using personality to delight customers, and confidently delivering hospitality standards. Assisting in a busy environment, the successful candidate will focus on positivity, teamwork, and excellent customer service.

• Delivering a memorable and engaging experience to every customer on every visit
• Being the face of positivity and motivation, bringing a positive self at all times
• Consistently delivering great hospitality with huge personality within the hospitality standards framework
• Undertaking regular training and striving for self-improvement
• Working to support a busy team and contributing to team-driven results
• Displaying a smart and professional appearance
