Sales Associate

Location: Brighton, UK

Seeking a Sales Associate to join a supportive team in a fast-paced retail environment. Working shifts total 9.5 hours per week, including Saturday 11:15 - 17:00 and Sunday 13:00 - 17:00. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, offering expert advice, and maintaining visual store standards.

Duties:

• Delivering an exceptional customer experience from assisting with product selection to processing till purchases
• Providing brand bra fitting experiences and giving expert advice on size and styling
• Owning visual merchandising and product presentation
• Maintaining store standards across front and back of house, including deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention, and health & safety

Requirements:
