Duties:

• Taking orders, preparing, dispensing, and serving drinks to the correct specification via the bar or customer app
• Delivering food to customers, completing check-backs, and clearing plates within required timeframes
• Providing friendly customer interactions, greeting customers, and building rapport
• Staying knowledgeable about promotions, events, and new products
• Maintaining clean-as-you-go standards, including clearing tables, wiping surfaces, and carrying out toilet checks
• Working in all operational areas, including glass-washing, restocking fridges, and clearing floor/beer garden areas

Requirements:

• Ability to maintain a calm head under pressure
• Reliable, friendly, and comfortable working as part of a team
