Location: Carden Avenue Brighton Simply Food, Brighton, UK

Seeking a Customer Assistant to join the Food team at M&S. The role involves delivering high-quality service, filling shelves, and assisting customers in a fast-paced retail environment. Working pattern includes shifts on Sunday from 06:00 to 10:00, Friday from 04:00 to 08:00, and Saturday from 04:00 to 08:00.

Duties:

• Serve, sell, fill shelves, and help drive sales growth
• Recommending and selling new food products to customers
• Utilize digital tools like Sparks and in-store devices to enhance customer experience
• Work flexibly across various areas of the store as needed

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older due to night shift health and safety legislation
• Digitally confident with the ability to use store devices
• Strong team player capable of handling a high-pressure environment
• Resilient, flexible, and customer-focused
