Restaurant Supervisor

The Ivy Asia Brighton is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Supervisor to join the team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The role involves supporting the daily operations of the restaurant, maintaining high service standards, and managing departmental training. Full-time and part-time options are available with a guaranteed minimum 20-hour contract.

Duties:

• Support the seamless running of the restaurant by providing efficient and effective service.
• Ensure operational standards are maintained and anticipate guest needs.
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships across the restaurant team and kitchen brigade.
• Identify and carry out training and development needs within the department.
• Report directly to the Restaurant Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Restaurant Supervisor role.
• Solution-driven approach with the ability to perform well under pressure.
