Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist

Location: Mindplace Brighton, Project House, Princess House, Queens Road, Brighton, BN1 3XB

Seeking a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist for a face-to-face role at Bupa. The position is available on a part-time basis for a minimum of 2 days per week, working Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm with 5 appointments per day. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, safe, and effective psychotherapy to support clinical outcomes.

Duties:

• Provide high-quality Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or low-level brief interventions.
• Deliver comprehensive assessments and formulations that drive evidence-based intervention.
• Provide different models of service delivery including face-to-face, telephone, or video consultations.
• Adhere to case management processes and work collaboratively with Clinical Leads and the wider therapy team.
• Attend regular clinical supervision, both individually and group-based, to support clinical practice.

Requirements:

• Full Accreditation with the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).
• Holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT/High Intensity) which is BABCP accredited.
• At least 2 years' post-qualification experience providing high intensity CBT interventions.
• Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Systems and electronic medical record systems.
