Joining the floor team at Shelter Hall, a landmark seafront food hall in Brighton featuring seven kitchens and two bars across two floors. The role is essential for delivering a seamless and welcoming guest experience by efficiently serving food and drinks ordered via app directly to tables. Requires excellent communication, strong teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Duties:

• Delivering food and drinks from various bar and kitchen units to indoor and outdoor areas across two floors.
• Assisting guests with enquiries and ensuring the venue remains clean and well-organised.
• Maintaining smooth service during busy periods while upholding the highest standards of hygiene and safety.

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Ability to spend long periods of time on your feet
• Friendly, positive attitude
• Confident speaking to new people
• Good level of English language
• Right to work in the UK
