Tesco Colleague

Location: Shoreham By Sea, UK

Joining the team as a store colleague to help serve shoppers across service, picking, and replenishment areas. The position requires availability on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday from 22:00 to 07:00, and Wednesday from 23:00 to 05:45. Offers a collaborative environment with opportunities to build skills and support everyday store routines.

Duties:

• Serving customers with passion and pride while providing great natural service.
• Working flexibly across store service, picking, and replenishment areas.
• Putting safety and operational training into daily store routines.
• Participating in seasonal, community, and charity events.
• Handling products carefully to maintain quality and minimize waste.
• Accepting deliveries into the store when necessary.

Requirements:

• Must be over 18 years of age.
• Passion for delivering great customer service and building rapport with shoppers.
• Strong team-working abilities and open communication skills.
• Ability to take initiative and make customer-focused decisions.
• Punctual, reliable, and well-presented at all times.
