Team Leader

Location: Brighton, UK

Seeking a Team Leader to work alongside a supportive team dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role involves overseeing visual merchandising, bra fitting services, store operations, and leading team shifts to drive sales growth. Shift pattern includes 23.25 hours per week working Sunday (09:15 - 17:45), Tuesday (12:15 - 20:45), and Wednesday (09:30 - 18:00).

Duties:

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from product assistance to till purchase completion.
• Provide expert brand bra fitting advice and personalized sizing guidance.
• Manage visual merchandising and presentation of products throughout the store.
• Lead by example to energize the team and maintain high brand standards.
• Support the management team to achieve key store KPIs, sales growth, and profitability.
• Maintain store standards, including deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention, and health & safety.
• Perform opening and closing store activities, including key holder responsibilities.
• Support new product launches, floor set moves, and audits across the store.
