Customer Service Desk Colleague

Location: Shoreham By Sea, UK

Seeking a Customer Service Desk Colleague to deliver exceptional service to shoppers every day. The role offers a committed environment with varied tasks working within a specialist, diverse team. Shift availability windows include Sunday 11:00 - 14:45, Thursday 08:00 - 15:00, Friday 08:00 - 15:00, and Saturday 13:45 - 20:00.

Duties:

• Serving customers with passion, pride, and natural service.
• Dealing with customer complaints and feedback in a professional manner.
• Accurately recording and processing returned items from customers.
• Carrying out safe & legal checks on the desk and reporting next steps to management.
• Recording and disposing of waste responsibly, following food waste and recycling routines.
• Signing in visitors and controlling keys stored at the desk.
• Working across store service, picking, and replenishment areas as required.

Requirements:

• Must be over 18 years of age to apply.
• Passion for delivering great service and greeting customers with a smile.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and make appropriate decisions.
• Excellent teamwork and open communication skills.
• Punctual, well-presented, and ready to act as a brand ambassador.
