Seeking a Customer Assistant in Operations to act as the backstage powerhouse keeping the store running efficiently. The role involves managing stock, handling deliveries, and maintaining shop floor availability in a fast-paced environment. The set shift pattern includes working Sunday 17:00 - 21:00, Thursday 18:00 - 22:00, and Friday 18:00 - 22:00.

Duties:

• Manage stock, deliveries, and behind-the-scenes store operations
• Keep the shop floor full, clean, and prepared for customers
• Use digital tools confidently to track deliveries and manage inventory efficiently
• Adapt flexibly to support various functions and colleagues across the store

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older due to health and safety regulations for operating mechanical equipment
• Physically capable of performing in a demanding, high-intensity environment
• Digitally confident with the ability to use tech tools for stock tracking
• Strong flexibility, pace, and teamwork skills
