Senior Sales Assistant

Location: Brighton, UK

Seeking a Senior Sales Assistant to join the store team in Brighton. Reporting to the Store Manager, the role involves delivering an outstanding customer experience and assisting with day-to-day operations in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.

Duties:

• Achieving personal sales targets and motivating the team to reach theirs
• Providing excellent customer service at all times
• Following all store operating procedures such as delivery, clocking in/out, stock takes, and replenishment
• Following H&S procedures to maintain a healthy, safe, and tidy work environment
• Handling till transactions and managing complex customer enquiries
• Assisting the management team in coaching and mentoring junior team members
• Acting as key holder and assuming responsibility for the store for short periods in the absence of the manager
• Performing any other reasonable task as instructed by the store management team

Requirements:

• Similar experience in a key holder role, particularly with a fashion or lifestyle brand, is preferable
• Demonstrated good understanding of customer service
• Target driven and sales oriented
• Good understanding of leading a team and driving sales
• Professional, authentic, and fearless attitude
