Multifunctional Sales Associate

Seeking a Multifunctional Sales Associate to join the team at MANGO in Brighton on a fixed-term basis. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service, driving store sales, performing cashier duties, and supporting stockroom operations. Working patterns cover 12 hours per week across Monday to Sunday.

Duties:

• Provide exceptional service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and reflecting brand values
• Actively contribute to increasing store sales by engaging with customers and recommending products
• Efficiently handle cashier duties including processing transactions, returns, exchanges, and cash register balancing
• Assist in stockroom operations including receiving, organizing, and replenishing merchandise
• Maintain store presentation standards and consistent, professional service delivery
• Utilize product knowledge to assist customers effectively and highlight key features
• Work collaboratively with the store team to support business objectives
