Cloud Kitchen Assistant

Location: 17 Jubilee Street, Brighton and Hove, BN1 1GE, UK

Seeking a dedicated Cloud Kitchen Assistant to prepare high-quality food offerings and ensure smooth, efficient kitchen operations. Kitchen opening hours run from 10.00am to 2.00am, Monday to Sunday. The role focuses on setting up for service, maintaining standard food quality, and adhering strictly to safety and hygiene protocols.

Duties:

• Prepare and cook food efficiently to standard using SOPs and specified guidelines.
• Set up the kitchen for service, maintain stock par levels, and record food wastage.
• Keep the kitchen exceptionally clean and comply with Health, Safety, and Quality regulations.
• Receive and check incoming deliveries, ensuring appropriate storage.
• Maintain temperature logs, date labelling, and follow stock rotation (FIFO) principles.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of safe food handling, storage, and preparation techniques.
• Familiarity with basic culinary techniques such as chopping, slicing, dicing, and measuring.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail regarding cleanliness, food safety, and kitchen organization.
• Good communication skills, adaptability, and ability to work well within a team.
