The role involves getting hands-on during busy periods, from making coffee to managing figures and spreadsheets. Working patterns offer flexible hours, including potential early morning shifts starting between 3am and 5am.

Duties:

• Coaching and mentoring team members to drive growth and high standards
• Supporting hands-on shop operations during busy periods, including coffee preparation
• Managing shop administration, spreadsheets, and performance figures
• Ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and excellent customer service at all times
