Seeking a Kitchen Leader to coach, mentor, and inspire shop teams while keeping standards high and supporting daily operations. Duties:

• Coach and mentor in-shop team members to maintain high standards and morale.
• Support team members during busy periods on the coffee machine as well as manage figures and spreadsheets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and high operational standards every day.
