Offers flexible working hours, with additional pay available for shifts starting between 3am and 5am.

Duties:

• Coaching and mentoring the in-shop team
• Maintaining high operational standards and customer satisfaction
• Assisting on the coffee machine during busy peak times
• Managing shop figures and administrative spreadsheets
