Seeking a Front House Leader to coach and mentor shop teams while maintaining high operational standards. The role involves managing fast-paced daily shop floor operations as well as handling administrative tasks and spreadsheets. Working arrangements feature flexible hours, with potential early shifts starting between 3:00 AM and 5:00 AM.

Duties:

• Coach, mentor, and inspire shop team members to keep standards and morale high.
• Support shop floor operations during busy periods, including preparing drinks.
• Manage administrative duties, including monitoring shop figures and spreadsheets.

Requirements:

• Customer service skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with a passion for helping people and teams grow.
