Joining the seafront team at the Brighton i360 to deliver high-energy service and hospitality to guests. The role involves managing sections, taking orders, and creating standout moments in a vibrant environment. Shifts include weekend, evening, and peak-time working patterns.

Duties:

• Owning a section and delivering warm, confident service
• Taking orders with clarity, energy, and upselling menu items
• Knowing the menu thoroughly to assist guests
• Keeping the floor running smoothly and maintaining a high vibe
• Serving as the face of the bar for every guest

Requirements:

• Fast-paced hospitality experience preferred, though energetic beginners are welcome
• Guest-focused mindset with a passion for creating great experiences
• Ability to thrive in a busy environment under pressure
• Weekend, evening, and peak-time availability
• Strong communication skills and a sharp eye for detail
