Seeking a driven Barista to help create beautifully crafted drinks and deliver first-class service on a part-time basis. The role features variable shift patterns. Offers career progression opportunities within a company that invests in its people and celebrates individuality.

Duties:

• Preparing perfectly blended drinks and serving high-quality food that delights customers
• Keeping the bar area clean
• Receiving and processing payments (cash and credit cards)
• Being an enthusiastic team player and excellent communicator
• Maintaining stock of clean mugs and plates
• Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques
• Checking if brewing equipment operates properly and reporting any maintenance needs
• Representing a major High Street brand and maintaining a positive brand image
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations

Requirements:

• Brilliant communicator who easily builds relationships
• Previous experience in customer service
• Striving for excellence in an eager and motivated manner
• Ability to take initiative and make decisions that are right for customers
• Hands-on experience with brewing equipment
• Ability to work under pressure
• Exceptional timekeeping and reliability
