Cleaner

Location: 111 Western Road, Brighton, BN1 2AA, UK

Seeking an enthusiastic Cleaner to join the team at Trading Post Coffee Roasters. The role involves ensuring all front-of-house areas are sparkling and looking their best for guests. Shift patterns include early mornings and some lone working.

Duties:

• Ensure the front-of-house areas, including the outside, windows, and guest toilets, are cleaned daily to a high standard.
• Action additional cleaning tasks as requested by the General Manager.
• Provide feedback on equipment and chemical stock levels to the General Manager.
• Report any defective equipment or structures to the General Manager.
• Maintain a positive and motivated attitude at all times while living company values.

Requirements:

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to quickly prioritise tasks.
• Ability to use initiative to problem solve.
• Ability to self-motivate and work alone.
• Effective communication and listening skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Eligibility to work in the UK with a valid work permit or visa.
