Tesco Colleague

Location: Hove, UK

Seeking a Colleague to join the store team in Hove, serving shoppers across service, picking, and replenishment areas. The role offers 12 to 16 guaranteed hours per week with shift schedules provided three weeks in advance. Required availability includes Sundays from 10:00 to 16:00, Mondays from 12:00 to 20:00, Tuesdays from 15:00 to 20:00, and Wednesdays from 15:00 to 20:00.

Duties:

• Knowing customers and serving them with passion, pride, and natural service.
• Working across the store in service, picking, and replenishment areas where required.
• Putting training into practice to work safely, effectively, and deliver daily store routines.
• Handling products with care to maintain quality and condition.
• Accepting deliveries into the store when required and taking part in seasonal and community events.

Requirements:

• Must be over 18 years of age to apply.
• A passion for delivering great customer service and greeting customers with a smile.
• Ability to build rapport with customers, take initiative, and make customer-focused decisions.
• Strong teamwork and open communication skills.
• Punctual, well presented, and ready to act as a brand ambassador.
