Shift Manager

Location: 78 Boundary Road, Portslade, UK

Seeking a Shift Manager to join the management team and assist in overseeing shop operations when the Manager is away. The role involves engaging and motivating the team, ensuring high standards, and delivering excellent customer service across all ordering channels. Specific shift patterns and working availability can be discussed during the interview.

Duties:

• Inspire the team to deliver amazing results and maintain excellent shop standards
• Lead by example and serve customers in a fast and friendly manner
• Prepare products, including making sandwiches and managing the ovens
• Ensure displays are fully stocked at all times with plenty of choice available
• Keep the shop looking clean, tidy, and presentable

Requirements:

• Reliable with natural leadership abilities and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Supportive of an inclusive work environment
• Previous team supervisory experience in a similar, customer-focused environment
